Return Cancellation Policy:

Shipping Policy: We ship our products via UPS.
Once your purchase has been made, you will be given a link to print a shipping label for the delivery of shields, patches and or badges for framing. Take your items to a UPS shipping location and they will package the items and ship it to us at no cost to you using UPS envelopes (we recommend the bubble wrap envelope). Your final product will be packaged and delivered via UPS at no cost to you. For International shipping please contact us for pricing. Allow 2-3 weeks delivery.

NOTE: Please add an extra 3-4 days for receipt of delivery of shields, patches and or badges (used in the Commemorative and Retirement Series only). Also, note that delivery time does not indicate when items will arrive at their final destination -- only when items are expected to be packed and ready to leave our warehouse.
